DataPro 2000 |
Generate new Qnet training data files
DataPro is designed to be the bridge between your Windows spreadsheet and Qnet. DataPro automates the creation of Qnet training files by allowing you to transfer data directly from popular spreadsheet applications like MS Excel (tm). Simple Copy/Paste commands utilize the Windows' clipboard to facilitate transferring large blocks of data. Start both your spreadsheet application and DataPro and perform the following operations:
1)Select and copy a block of row/column data that represents input node data for the model. A column represents one input to use and a row represents 1 case. All cases must be copied together.
2)Select the Paste Inputs button in DataPro
3)Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all input colums are copied.
4)Select and copy the input node data labels (optional).
5)Select the Labels button for pasting text labels (optional).
6)Repeat the above steps for the targets.
7)After all inputs, targets and labels have been copied, use the Save Data button to create your Qnet training file.
Thats it. Qnets training files are set to go. If DataPro was started from Qnet, the dialogs file/column information can be automatically set.
